These awards are instituted by redBus to honour the invaluable contribution of bus operators in India’s ground transport ecosystem. The redBus People's Choice Awards hold special significance as they are driven by public participation and backed by data-based assessments across parameters such as safety, operational excellence, and customer service.

Covering both Private and STU categories, the awards will span multiple regions across the country — North, South, East, and West — with nominees shortlisted using pre-defined redBus metrics. The final selection will be through an open online voting process.

With over 100 nominees and 30–35 winners, these awards truly reflect the voice of the people and celebrate the operators who go the extra mile in delivering trusted and reliable transport services.
